I played the "Gone to Ground" scenario from the new Force on Force Classified book twice yesterday. Both games were set in my fictional African nation of Timbogo and saw my freshly painted French Foreign Legionnaires in action against the Federal Army of the Republic of Timbogo (F.A.R.T.) as they tried to extricate some MSF doctors and a French Reporter. A full report of the action can be found on my blog:

While the French special operators totally outclassed the native Timbogans and their fire was accurate and deadly, the weight of fire the Timbogans could pour down on the French caused more than a few casualties...
Beginning of Game Two
F.A.R.T. REgulars preparing to storm the building.
Two knocked out F.A.R.T. BTR-60s....
Game Two was a nail-biter to the bitter end. Things were really going badly for the French by the end of the second turn (of six). The Legionnaires fought desperately to pull it out of the fire. Check out the blog to see how it turned out!
