Road markings on German terrain board?

Simple question which my Google skills have totally failed to answer (no streetview in Germany?)

Do German road markings have a "SLOW" notice painted on the roadway at blind corners or on approach to narrow bridges?  Like this but on the other carriageway.

It's not  that common...
Road signs are considered to be enough.  ;)

As for German signs, things like this are enough for anyone lol
