Review of Wargames Factory: Plastic Apoc Survivors
« on: 22 June 2013, 09:20:02 AM »
I know several reviews were already posted but I finally managed to take a closer look at the latest release from Wargames Factory, the Male Apocalypse Survivors! And before we continue this boxed set must be my personal favorite due to the amount of bits and the detail of the sculpts and used hard plastic. These 28mm plastic survivor miniatures are extremely useful for a whole array of wargamers as they can be used as zombie survivors, rioters, gangsters, African militiamen and so on. These multipart plastic miniatures certainly fill a significant gap. Enough talking up to the content of the boxed set.

Interested in the full review including pictures of some assembled miniatures, sprues and comparison with other manufacturers? Take a look at my blog here: http://wargameterrain.blogspot.be/2013/06/wargames-factory-male-apocalypse.html

Cheers and if have questions about the content please feel free to ask.

I'm not sure how to use them. They look to realistic with those small heads and thin arms, they might end up looking odd next ro my lead hordes...
Far less active than I used to...

@Glitzer, you might be right but looking at comparison pictures I think they mix in quite well with the less chunkier miniatures. Although mine will only be used together with maybe some dozen other metal survivors in small groups while the zombies will all be plastic.

@Marine0846, thanks, you won't be disappointed when buying some of these survivors.

I fear I'll end up with a package of those anyways because I always liked WGFs extra bits.
