I'm not sure who made him.  I bought him off of inkwellslave on eBay, who I think is on LAF.  When I saw the pooch I had to have him.

Looks cool! I'm about to finally get around to downloading the Pulp Alley rules. I've been holding off until I got some projects out of the way, knowing the instant distraction it would cause...!

I'm impressed you've put together a gaming community on Guam. Are most of your gamers servicemen, locals, expats...?  I haven't made it to Guam yet in my travels.
