All really great stuff, love the set up and think the markers really stand out- they're really nicely done  :-*.

I finally took the time to take some pictures of my Warlord Daimler Mk I that I painted up for my Brits. Allow me to show you the cheesies of the pics I took. :D

Do feel free to visit our blog for a closer look.

Thank you, dear Doctor!

I used the Army Painter Skeleton Bone spray as a base. Quite happy with the result as well.

So they slightly yellow taint is how the spray looks or something you 'wash' your way to?!

I'm curious as I'm painting a bit of 8th myself these days.  :D

Oh right... No the colour is a bit lighter than the Daimler. I did wash the whole surface with brown oil paint. The actual hue is more along the lines of the helmet on the barel (although that was also highlighted).

Arg... A picture speaks a thousand words or something or other. I think explaining it by text won't help you. Here you can see the Daimler next to a mini base coated with the same AP spray.

@Captain Blood

Thank you! Your Brits were a big inspiration.

WOW!! :o :o :o

I've just found this thread and I must say, VERY inspirational! My brother and myself have just bought the Perry plastic Afrika Korps/8th Army box sets. I'd love it if our stuff even looked half as good as you guys!
