Used car salesman?

Officers Daley and Trotter can do you a good deal on a slightly used Chimera, only 50,000 on the clock, that hole? Nah, ventilation that is...

In answer to Mr Giraffe's question, fluff-wise they're Arbite bodyguards of some sort.

So Chaos Dwarfs are back...pretty much...

   https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/sjcpuxok/the-big-summer-preview-bow-down-before-the-helsmiths-of-hashut/

They are coming to AoS as the Helmsiths of Hashut and to Underworlds too...

   https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/e49o7val/the-big-summer-preview-hunt-for-glory-in-the-depths-of-the-spitewood/

Overall I think they look like a solid job on the part of GW. I particularly like the regular troopers and the hobgoblins.

Not convinced about the Taurus or whatever the ridden monster is. I'm not digging the paint jobs which are over-worked for my tastes. Maybe it's the paint job but I don't like the head of the Minotaur-mech or the alt. heads for the Bull Centaurs.

AoS does nothing for me, nor does Underworlds but I could see myself picking up maybe the Underworld gang off eBay for some painting fun.

There are also a bunch of other reveals.

The chaos dwarf big hat thing never mowed my lawn, I have to say, but the new minis fit with the look pretty well.

I was most impressed with these guys from the Votann/Squat range. They don't look like dwarfs to me, more like big guys. Be interesting to see them next to some other minis.
There is also a squat wearing a tyranid skin as a trophy - a nice piss-take of the old "There are no squats because the tyranids ate them" fluff.

I really like the hobgrots from the dwarf preview. The oldschool fantasy look, the droopy hats - they look like something I would draw. I actually wanted to try and do a hobgrot army when GW released the troll with a little platform on its back, I even picked on eup through their partwork magazine along with a few sets of the hobgoblin grenade throwers. Now my dream can come true - An army of lanky weird goblinmen.

As did I. The hobgrots from the last AoS starter are available in pretty large numbers (I think I have 50 of them) so these new ones are a nice addition and help add some capabilities to a hobgrot heavy force. The Orc army I built for One Page Rules - Age of Fantasy has two huge units of Hobgrots in it and these will fit into it quite well.

I am glad I didn't get into playing Underworlds as the idea of having to buy a box with 16 sets of cards in it would have been pretty annoying. Can't recall if they did that for the last set of Underworld faction boxes they released.

That said... it does make it easier to pick up the Underworlds boxes and use them for Fantastic Scuffles or some other fantasy skirmish game.

Yeah, as a guy with a large "classic" Chaos Dwarf army...I was unimpressed with the entire launch of models (which is a good thing, as it means I don't need to spend money), but thought the hobgoblins were the best one of the bunch, by a large margin.  Look very useful in a variety of settings.  More LOTR than AoS.

The rest of the Chaos Dwarf line had a strong Mantic design vibe to me, which is not a compliment. lol

Are they robots or dreadnoughts?
