Thankfully almost every store here sells GW minis at about 20% of MSRP. Not that I buy many any more but it makes it less of a shock when I do buy something

Given the timing, I might have expected a 10% rise this year! :o

They've been quite coy about their response to tariffs. This article has some details - note, it's behind a cookie wall (but that's what incognito mode is for :D)

That'll be added separately, I'd imagine.

I'd pick up the new Kill Team Beginner Set if it was available in the UK, shame.

I would have picked up the same style of set for Bloodbowl when that was released a few years ago too. Pity we don't get these small compact sets over here.

Yes, I wish they'd do sets like that worldwide. I've always been tempted by those magazine that have included minis also. (Not meaning the White Dwarf Mags)

Keep an eye on the game website - they got the space marine adventures boxed game a little while after the US release and sold it sorry cheap. I think They're us owned and got shipped a bunch of dead stock

Anyone else pre-order the new Chaos Dwarfs box? I did. I intend to use them for Old World, not Sigmar.

Making the AoS guys into Old World will be financially painful.  I knew it was bad when even the local store owner said "God damn that's expensive..." when he saw the release box for the Chaos Dwarfs, lollol

Fortunately I've got all the classic inspired Chaos Dwarfs I'll need.

I'm taking an old world plunge now. I already have ogres (3000 pts unpainted) which I'll be working on but I've never gone for a "good" army and High Elves has really interested me for a few years now.

I'd go with some GW boxes of core (if you can find solid discount), and then use Highland Miniatures prints for all the fancy stuff.
