I hope this is sufficiently historical to pass for this club:

No. 65, Jacob Bauer

I actually finished him yesterday morning, and I'm already half way done with the next participant  :D

Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

Richard, Il Tiratore is excellent, the spiteful bastard looks like he's knee capping some poor sod  8)

Thanks Chris - that's the general idea. Spiteful swine.

Loving the luscious locks on your viking. I'm surprised you don't paint more vikings, they suit your style - and they're a lot like swashbucklers  ;)
Nice touch on the spearhead too.

Tad
The Swiss halbardier was an Empire Miniatures figure - made in Oz a few years ago - but sadly no longer available (I believe) - I have a few longbowmen too; they're all lovely sculpts.

I hadn't noticed that until you mentioned it - it is so good, it just looked natural to my eyes  :-*

Is it a wire spear?

It's a lovely figure, full plate is not my usual thing.

Number 72: Saxon / Goth Heavy Cavalryman

This is the full sized picture of the image that I use for my avatar.

Excellent model from Musketeer Miniatures.
