cheap and rather interesting find
« on: September 05, 2013, 01:16:18 PM »
Just found some Tonka Motorix vehicles in the local Suprabazaar.
€0,95 in promotion (instead of €2,50). The wheels are soft rubber, but I bought them for the building blocks since they have some interesting shapes which I'll probably use for 15mm SF (and maybe even for 28mm PA):

contents of the 3 kits :

close-up of the interesting bits + ruler in cm :

Good find.

With just a little work and paint, those will make excellent pieces for any zombie or PA game as Objective markers or machinery.

Hope something like this were available in my country.

Thanks for sharing.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

Nice find. I've got a bag of Mega Bloks pieces that I've picked up at resale shops for the interesting mechanical pieces they often have.
