Sorry to read about your experiences, Scruffyzombie. And right, the BCB “health-disclaimer” seems to have been modiefied…
At the end of May I’ve told PayPal about the issues. Don’t know whether PP have shut down their account (of course they won’t give me a feedback for certain reason). Was anyone able to pay an BCB-order by PP since then? Registering on BCB today is requiring data ‘as it appears on your credit card statement’. So I’m tempted to contact VISA and Master Card, too…

its like they skipped from hey lets scam people with paypal to...oh there is an easyer way to scam people !!!

the thing is i allways read posts from people defending them by bringing up health issiues !
I was suffering from depressions a few years back...i did not even have the power to get out of bed
do you know what i did with the internet shop i owned back then ? I CLOSED IT DOWN !!!
there is no good reason , not even health related , to let people wait YEARS for the stuff they bought and payed !
im also thinking of letting someone know about this , but being from germany i dont really know who i could send a complaint too !
but if i can i will send a complaint to whoever watches this kind of stuff in Britain , maybe one more complaint from another country can make a liddle difference !

There is something I don't understand: If they don't want to close the shop, Why don't they hire someone to run it on their behalf until they can take it again?

I have opened a Paypal dispute with them, having been waiting since March for an order.  I have just bought a house about 10 minutes from them so will be popping in to collect my miniatures or my money if they don't get sent very soon.
