Who would you fellows say makes the largest 28mm-ish WWII or interwar British figures? Or even 1:48?

I need a trouser-and-shoes wearing officer (so, preferably not the boots/jodhpurs type) who'll be a large, imposing fellow among other 28/30mm figures.
