Very cool, where is Tacit Ronin from?  Pacific Rim comic or what?

Tacit Ronin is one of the early jägers from the movie, there's a glimpse of him shown in the introduction sequence:

His sleek design and style i would have thought him a Mk IV that was never shown.
Looking spiffy for sure.

Argh...they're a bit too old school methinks.  I do think a bunch of the Privateer Press Hordes minis would work a treat though.  Some of them look shockingly close to what I'd have expected to see in Pacific Rim.

I'd imagine a handful of these would be available via ebay for reasonable (maybe secondhand etc.)

This one has actually been on my to buy list. Or rather, I already ordered him but the store was out of stock and I never got round to re-ordering.

Agree that the Godzilla stuff is indeed a bit too old school. They have a charm to them though, as I've recently been going through old 50s and 60s kaiju movies :)

Perhaps you could create the rules...then build up some 1960's robots to fight some older Godzilla figs?  (no reason the rules wouldn't work for both).  Ya know, something like a Gigantor model kit or something?  Allowing you to play pulpy, or modern Pacific Rim depending on your mood/audience?

Yep those Everblight things should fit in great. Even the little shredders would be great. Kind of like the equivalent of a tank for the good guys I imagine.

The rules I'm using would actually completely fit that! Not a bad idea either...

Terrific project. In fact, it's so inspiring I bought the two PDF's (Monsters & Robots bundle) and I can't wait to do some monster and robot stomping in my Cyberpunk city :D

Awesome! Is there anything better than sharing inspiration? I don't think so.

The card city?  That's a great box...though the ground-cards are pointless.  Good way to grab a city real quick.

I'm going to glue the ground cards to foamboard to create six 2'x3' tiles so I can easily create a varied city. But yes, I mainly dove in for the buildings.
And I also ordered four of the Litko measuring sticks for the Ganesha games. That ought to be enough for now...right...?  o_o
