I ordered some miniatures for my next Pulp Alley game from Heresy Miniatures yesterday lunchtime and they arrived in the post today, less than 24 hours later! Not only a very quick delivery but also a hand-written note and some sweets. Can you beat that for excellent customer service? My thanks to Heresy Miniatures

Both vendors are top shelf, though there turn around to me here in the States is a tad longer than 24 hours.

I also had great service from Pulp Figures, but of course that wasn't a 24 hour job!

It seems like everybody I buy minis from in Europe sends a handwritten thank-you note (and sometimes some sweets).

Living in the States does involve a longer shipping time but as a native Brit I was extremely happy with the Fizzers included by Heresy in the order I got from them. They are soooooo much better than the American version, called Smarties.

Fizzers brings back childhood memories of having 6d to spend in the shop and getting a really big bag of sweets!

Agreed! I've nothing but praise for Andy and Heresy. The sweeties are a nice reminder of home for a Brit living in the US, too!

I will have to see if I can find some of those to try. My son thinks that Smarties are the greatest thing ever.
