just say some thing like the abundance of food, and lack of natural predators has allowed there population to explode and for them to grow bigger.

Over here is southern Nevada we have a hug population of rabbits, jack-rabbits and hairs. And not to far north of Vegas there is a noticeable rise in elevation and vegetation. Lots of Deer and mountain lions, and land that supports farms and ranches.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

I am sure we can see an up surge in wild pigs, in the UK. With a massive population die off. they will ruin your farm and your day.
Just tossing ideas out there, by the way. Not trying to shoot down your ideas. I need to read the background more to figure out what critters made it through the disaster and which didn't.

in honor of the recent games in Sochi..packs of feral dogs. No fear of man, and they have morphed into something sinister...

Brummie
I have to point out that I was born in Stourbridge and this is not a fair reflection of the inhabitants of that area.
The reality is much worse, especially when the pubs close.

The Studio Miniatures model actually has it sculpted on you can't actually see it unless you pick the figure up and and look as the crossbow covers it.

Duh! I didn't even think of that. Give the min a shotgun, hunting rifle or AR...SA80 for you folks in the UK. lol
Thinking I might add some furs and skins to my one.

It would be a doddle to swap as well. the horizontal piece with the arrows is separate could splice any rifle/shotgun into it pretty much.
