They have some of those Schneiders in The Works near Stonehouse, Glos.  and a few of those Russian AFVs from the front of a magazine.

Sorry am on my kindle do not too sure how I post pics. Anyway went into £land to see what I could see and spotted a tractor, took a gamble for a quid and guess what it's a perfect scale for my project Z figures and by default 28mm minis.
I have loaded a pic on the Project Z facebook page until I figure out what to do on here.

Popped in there today on the off chance and they're all gone :( shame as the kids are really getting into both tanks and wargaming :)

Don't know if any other Tesco's are doing this? But my local one is selling off ThunderBird 7" Diecasts at £2.50 each!

I got 2 Thunderbird 3 cos I can make them into some kinda SSM/SAM. Just a bit of a repaint and possible filling here and there!

They do have action sounds if you twist or press a button. But the batteries can be removed or will wear out.

 :)

I use their Country Maple for washing the bases of groups of figures and recommend it. Coverage with other shades has been mixed though. Useful for buildings though I've found.

Didn't have much time for more than a quick glance but Aldi have a number of X-Wing fighters Tie-Interceptors and others from "Rogue One" movie £9:99 each the scale seems to be to fit standard box size.

I made the mistake of buying the Millenium Falcon from Aldi a few weeks ago. I had hoped it would be about 1:300, but it's way too big, and actually sits between any useful scales :-[

I think I read on a thread here that the X-Wing was about 1:48, but I could be wrong. I have been tempted to buy one to find out, but I'm still smarting over the Falcon :'(

Now with my latest buy from poundland, not a bad match. Also they have a police truck for towing away cars and a bin wagon in at the moment.
