I can see the possibility of selling Buddha as a tea-light holder, but out of interest, what are they selling the Antelope skull as?
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Knock the head off the Buddha, put the goat skull there instead.

Instant creepy weird monument!

The antelope is sold as a general household ornament and stands 25cm tall. I did wonder who would buy such a thing to actually use as an ornament, but I ran out of ideas after "serial killers"  ???

I hadn't thought of that, but now I'm tempted  lol

Seeing this latest on this thread has reminded me, that although I finished
the bath-tub boats purchased from Poundland, I haven't put a link to the pictures.
So here it is, enjoy (2 boats, 2 barges & a floating wreck, all for £1)

At least one of those ships is instantly recognizable if you've ever played Star Fox, Smash Bros. etc.

Cutting or adding a few fins/guns/antennas along with a different paint job and the origin becomes less clear.

Popular? I don't know how to quantify that. I'd say they did well enough that Nintendo has released maybe a dozen video games featuring Star Fox in some capacity. The most popular of those games would probably be Super Smash Bros. where Star Fox (Fox McCloud) features as a character and some levels are homages to the Star Fox game.

The ship below is called the Great Fox:

The ship I'm most familiar with is called the Arwing:

I believe the Arwing, or a variation of it, shows up in the ship kits you linked to.

All that said, these retail for something like $15-20 on Amazon, so a $6 find would be worth picking up as I do think they would look good with a little modifying and repainting.

Bought these at Poundland.
I am thinking of removing the bulky base
& replace it with a smaller metal base, washer(s)
or a coin. If/when I do I'll produce some photos.

Thought the lamp-post looked a bit big for ordinary 28mm but got one for Burrows & Badgers.

Started work on the lamp posts,
but also picked up:-
some more ornamental trees,
Fountains,
& swing.

The trees will look good outside a Chateau (Digits
take note), as will the fountains.
The swing, taken apart, will become both a gateway
and a park bench.
Will post pictures as these progress.
