Not Poundland, but definitely a bargain.
The Entertainer, a toy shop in the UK, is selling Dragons £2 each !!! :o

I bought three, there were more types & also Dinosaurs (Similar size, & same price)

At least one of mine will have its wings removed & become a flipping large Alien.

I can definitely see that 3rd one as an Alien prime monster!

The others look good too and with a nice repaint they will look great.

Excellent find!  8)

B&M in UK have Dino Park on sale for £6.
In addition to various dinosaurs there a number of clip together fence sections, a vehicle gate, a pedestrian gate and a crane module. In addition there are two spring loaded rocket guns to appeal to the inner child. Adds up to roughly a metre of perimeter

There is quite a bit of detail on the fence sections.

Do nicely for a number of genres

That's a nice find, and quite timely too.
Here's the six million dollar question - hard or soft plastic?

A relatively hard polythene, rather than polystyrene.

Just watched a video on these sets used for 40K Yesterday.
The lad had bought six sets and put two of the gate/door pieces together as they are open on the other side.
The whole lot looked good once painted in suitable colours and way cheaper than GW official kits.
 Found the video.

Dollarama in Canada has had Hot Wheels Pull Back Speeders in stock lately  for $5. They are 1:48 scale and have some of the more iconic hot wheel designs, including the Bone Shaker. I used the Bone Shaker pretty much exclusively as the base for my Gaslands project a few years ago and I`m excited to do up a few in 28mm. I may have to do some kind of Mad Max project

Nice, I already brought a set of fences on ebay I think (but without the gates) for about £5 for 16 or so fence pieces. Result!  :D

Thanks for the heads up, just bought four and cleared out the Rhyl B&M.

My first trip of the year to the fleshpots of Magaluf, though I'm now of an age where i look forward to the wander around the local Tedi shop (and the little bar across the road) almost as much. For the uninitiated, Tedi is a mix of Poundland, the Works and Wilko. Mainly German, loads in Spain, a few in France and none in the UK. They still have the tubs of rocks and sand I bought last year, now 500g for 2 Euros. Also a neat range of compartmented plastic boxes. I was pushed for luggage space this trip, so only bought the smallest (15x10x3cms, 1 Euro) though they do bigger ones for a mighty 3 Euros!

Hi, that may be due to the current server situation caused by external factors. The tech department is working on resolving the issues, after which file attachments should work again, too.
