Fantastic model and a great size for wargaming boarding actions.  On some vessels these can be too tricky.  As for sails, if you are going to add them you might want to have them dismountable to get to the figures. If you are looking for figures Eureka do some lovely Chinese Pirates as do Foundry (albeit with smaller numbers).
