Is this not one of the most realistic faces sculpted?

I think so! Nice work!

I love this range. I can see I'm going to have to get some. I just need to work out what I'll use them for!

Fantastic face. Hard to tell how much is the (fantastic) sculpt, and how much is the (fantastic) paintjob though,  :)

Top work all round really. Love the coat and the understated base.

Great brush work. Lovely texturing and shading. The base is simple and very effective. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry to come back to this, but is it my imagination, or are his eyes raised just enough to intimidate an opposing player? Plopped on the table, facing my direction, I know it'd work for me!

Too right kudos for sculptor AND painter.

Those eyes, they haunt me.

I tried out Cubs' face painting techniques from his WSS magazine article on my LPL figures. I've come to the conclusion that in addition to a good technique you also need to be a good painter! One face was overpainted so many times he looks like Barbara Cartland of the Old West.

Lesson learnt: Cubs is an awesome painter!
