If I had to choose, and there are some great mini lines, the DF minis are among my most favorite.  I feel lucky as an expat that I have access to the multitude that seem to be in the UK and are occasionally put up for sale without paying a fortune to ship overseas!

That being said, you have a PM!

Next addition to the Gully Gang, The Grafer.  The Grafer is the Gully Gang's flamethrower operator, but the 'flamethrower' is as dangerous to use as it is to be hit with.  The Gully's managed to get something to work, but this rusty steel, copper, and brass contraption looks as if it'll burst and immolate The Grafer any second....not a real loss to Humanity's future in any event.

Without further delay...

I'm very happy with the purchase!  I also got some nice little details you can see in the final product :D.  I always like those little things people notice when its one the table.  Right now I I glued the walls down and used GS to fill the seams to make it look a bit more contiguous.  I think the paint will hide a lot of the prefab.  I was going to fill in some of the miscast areas but to be honest, they add some odd rotted PA charm!  I think this will be finished by Sunday.

You make me want to stock up on hot wheels (easy to get in the US) and DF (very hard to get in the US) but I don't know how I'll get figures.

My advice? Skip hot wheels except for only true mid sized cars, they come out to the correct scale. Smaller cars like a mini from hw works great for 28mm, and a truck for 15mm. For other cars, better to scale, green light is good, had a, and a few others. All cheap and easy to get in the states. For the minis, I'd hit evil bay and look for a deal/lot. Or you can buy from a company like Elhiem. I'd enjoy to seeing your projects too!

I'm in the middle of a 28mm Victorian Zombie Apocalypse right now so a project like this would be down the line. I do have a number of the Westwind 28mm Roadkill figures and a number of 1/43 toy Hummers & trucks so I'd go with that scale.
