Pirate dwelling..most definitely a WIP.....crew update 16/12

Following in my normal tradition of never finishing anything I have moved on to building something for my multitude of pirates..............a few of whom are shown in this old thread;

I'm working it on an 'as you go' basis.....not the best idea as I am spending time gluing new bits to walls that should really have been part of the original plan. Everything will be covered in filler of some sort at some point so not a visual problem (hopefully) but it would have saved a lot of time if I'd planned it!

One chimney added and part of the 4 sides of the 'tower'. I detailed the chimney for both floors but can't see it having a useable ground floor....back to the planning stages on thursday when off although the children are on hols so time is somewhat limited

Remind me never to stay in any building you've had any involvement in constructing!  Now that is an adventure, building without planning.  Do want to see it finished though, so "steady as you go" helmsman.

Couple more pics including an attempt at wall stucco or similar.....mainly addition of the other chimney details and lots of filling and sanding....lots 





Just tried a section of the wall for now and will probably just do the other side of the corner and the chimney and then contemplate doing more.....
