Dougie's Zombie Project (Updated 23Jun14)
« on: 25 May 2014, 02:24:28 PM »
Hi folks, a bit out of the normal for me, 28mm zombie gaming, going for a "Walking Dead" theme and looking to use ZombieTV for rules. Dougie
First off is the Lambaste Faimly, survivors in the clean mould, I was very tempted to give them a "Walking Dead" dirty worn look, but I have some of the Studio Miniatures survivors so perhaps with them!
From left to right, Alyxx, Finn and Lisa Lambaste, all Hasslefree

Some close ups

Lovely smooth bright colours.  They should provide a good contrast with the zombie hordes.
Back from the dead, almost.

Again, a fantastic display of skills.
Really love the worn look of the SUV.  :o
(although the windows look a bit too clean to match the overall look...)

A blood splatter on the front right bumper could go well on the SUV perhaps?
I do like the look of the walkers, especially the chap with the nirvana hoody  lol

Amazing work! The painting is rich and crisp, the bases are perfect, and the SUV is fantastic! Brilliant weathering - what scale/brand is it?

Looking forward to more on this project - any terrain in the works?
