Help finding a model
« on: 30 May 2014, 03:37:26 PM »
Me again another day another question.

I have spent best half of the day trawling through different websites looking at some lovely minis ( oh the hardship! ) but can't seem to find one I'm looking for.

I am trying to find a human knight /hero/barbarian kneeling as if they are paying homage to what is in front of them.  A historical figure could even work but just can't seem to find.  Looking for somewhere in the UK and between 28 mm to 32mm in scale.

I've checked through the sticky posts at the top and am totally lost now.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks I had over looked Reaper as they are based in the States.  Have seen Miniature Heros stock some bits but not what I'm looking for.  Will keep looking

Hasslefree has this a kneeling knight. I would post a link, but i can't reach their site at the moment.

It is a woman in full plate kneeling, anyway.

There is this UK shop (if you are from UK or other countries of Europe) where they sell reaper miniatures, they have the first three kneeling miniatures too:

http://www.spiritgames.co.uk/results.php?search=Dena%2C+Female+Barbarian&menu=5

I bought from them some Reaper Miniature and I live in Italy ;)

I think Caliver usually stock at least some of them - they usually have a few with them at shows (they are at Partizan tomorrow).

Might be worth looking at Essex, Redoubt etc too. They both do Renaissance monks/priests etc so might have a kneeling chap to go with them.

Minifigs used to do one but it would be distinctly 25mm and nowhere near 28mm
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)
