Outstanding work, I think this might be my favourite of your Confrontation gangs  :-*

It is so much fun trying to fill out the gangs from the original four minis isn't it?

Love the dogskin heavy conversion. I never would have picked that as the base mini despite owning it.

Time to get back to the Confrontation dogskin gang with a final pair of figures. This time it's a heavy and tracker / sniper type ganger.

The heavy was made from a Grenadier barbarian hero:

And the ganger is a de-ratted Necromunda ratskin:

Here's the gang all together:

Really enjoyed making these guys! More words and pics over at my blog.

The actual muts nuts!  :-* :-*

I may have to have a go at converting that grenadier model myself to go with my ratskins!

Thanks folks! I'd love to see your version of the figure if you do convert one up mcfonz!

I've been working on a few 54mm models for Inquisitor recently, for no real reason other than myself and a coupe of mates fancied it! First two figures are both conversions:

The servitor was made from a Warhammer Quest minotaur with loads of additions:

Whilst the hive scum was partly converted when I received it - I just refined it a little and added the gun and arms:

As ever, more details over at the blog.

Awesome work!  8)

Before I read these are Inquisitor scale, I was wondering why that Dreadnought CCW arm looked so tiny  :D

The conversions are wonderful; both of them. I believe this is exactly what the original goal of Inquisitor was; to convert your own characters from the existing range. At least; they strongly suggested this.

And I thnk you've succeeded there!

Will you be doing an entire warband? You're about halfway there anyway now; Inquisitor bands were never that large to begin with (well; about 54mm or so... ::) ).
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...
Find a Way, or make one!

Thanks guys! In some respects 28mm might have been easier!!

I do with there had been a wider selection of generic 54mm bits for Inquisitor. They seemed to go down the rabbit hole of making lots of unique characters or duplicating concepts. I always liked the idea of the scale and modelling potential though.

There's definitely more planned...some are still in bits, some are waiting psint as we speak!

The problem I had with the larger inquisitor models was the terrain  lol

Thanks guys!

@OSHIROmdels I haven't quite worked out the terrain yet - have some plans, at least enough to give me a small table or two!!

Continuing with the 54mm theme, here's a jokaero (40k techno space ape) in 54mm. Or possibly 28mm ;)

He's totally unmodified and helpfully sized for both scales.

More words and pic over at my blog.

Never realized that model was so huge! He works perfectly in 54mm!
