Originally the slann was 28mm. It was an alternative ulpt to go on the WHFB floating stone dais.

I think the one with the cane is from Crooked Dice, the Colony 84 range...

As anevilgiraffe said, the one with the cane is from Crooked Dice (Colony 87 range). The other one is a classic 1980s Citadel space slann
