Thanks Chris! Much appreciated. This is now on my 'must have' list.  8)

I don't know exactly how many cards you can fit in, because it depends on how many of the tabbed dividers you use and whether you use deck protectors or not. I do use deck protectors, so box has been designed accordingly.
In mine I have Fortune Deck, Rewards Deck, 50+ character cards, all in deck protectors and I reckon it is about half full (or half empty)!

I bought one of the Sally 4th Figure Storage Chests with a magnetic insert. I'm absolutely delighted with it and I shall be ordering another one soon, might get the Card Holder as well.  :-*

Pulp Alley Clear Templates
« Reply #34 on: 02 December 2014, 08:06:32 AM »
These are the prototypes for clear blast & burst templates for Pulp Alley.
They are made from top quality 3mm Perspex so are quite robust.
My idea is to combine templates so we have a burst template that has 3" burst as inner cut out and heavy burst as outside edge. This also makes it easier to place over figures. Burst has short burst as inner cutout and long burst as outside edge.

Please let me know what you think.

Pulp Alley Deluxe Warchest with Perspex Lid and Front Panel. Takes any Warchest Insert.

I might propose a suggestion if you allow, it is just an idea that I got when I thohgt about that Perspex lid:

Would you be able to make one of the longer side panels transparent as well? Then some stacked boxes of that would assemble into a rather nice and stylish display cabinet for entire companies. This could even be improved by adding backdrops or mirrors on the insides and it would be museum quality diorama frames!

Hi Michi,

We already have an optional clear perspex side panel for 70, 100 & 120mm high Warchests.

Were you thinking of having long clear side instead of short clear side?

Love the bursts! Have you considered a coloured version, like say orange or yellow?

Yes, this is a prototype to get some feedback. I will probably do them with a clear and a translucent orange option as the colored Perspex is almost double the price of clear so customers can choose if they want to pay extra.

Like the markers. The middle cut-out is a great idea. With the combined plastic multi size burst marker I've got at the moment, lining it up on anything is always a bit of a fiddle.

I missed that. Very good though, thanks for the hint!

Yes the long one. That would show lesser depth to make more miniatures from the background visible (lighting to be installed could be improving then...)

Love the templates but prefer to have two separate blasts. Will cost more, but that's acceptable for me.

I actually like the hole. As Martin points out, it's easier to lay a hollow template on the table over figures.

The hollow bursts are a good idea, though I would like them a bit fiery.

Yes, but note that you keep all Bursts on the table until the end of the round (or when injured/engaged/moves for short and long bursts). So then it's easier to have multiple small or large templates around. For me an ideal pack would be:

2xshort bursts
2xlong bursts
3x3" bursts
1x5" burst

Enough options to have all the effects on the table at the same time.
