Very nice project.  I'm not really a fan of most Mithril sculpts (though some are great), but your paintjobs make them look very nice indeed.

By the way, where is that "snaga" miniature from? The one crouching with the spear.  I couldn't find it on the Mithril site.
Now what is this whole life of mortals but a sort of comedy, in which the various actors, disguised by various costumes and masks, walk on and play each one his part, until the manager waves them off the stage?

That's the M328 : Lugburz Orc Tracker with an added spear. I'm afraid it's OOP.

Dear All

Gangleri: Arthadan is right ( He now very well this miniatures ;)is a M328 mini...with a very easy conversion(only need to drill the hand and add an spear) very nice miniature in my opinnion! I have more conversions coming soon!!!

Quendil: I'm not a collector in the strict way of the word.... I like LOTR books and "the one ring" RPG, and I thing this miniatures has "the bive" so I choose them to my project "Conquer the middle earth" Muhahahaaaa
 means....great armies using this miniatures........

I'm preparing a big number of conversions.... about 100 new orcs (with Angus McBride style) are on the way..... Angmarian soldiers (humans: Rudahur and Angmarin)....Easterlings, Sagaths,Hillmen.....

Here finally my first unit of Angus McBride Orcs. All of them are conversions from Mithril miniatures with some helmets and weapons from wargames factory orcs box.

Nice stuff. I feel the Mithril ( and Prince August ) miniatures are quite underrated. Especially if you strip the gray primer of them they hold surprisingly good detail. Please keep on posting more.

The conversion looks far better than the original and the painting really suits him.

Great work!
