This is Uncle Mike's own rule set, Strange Aeons: A Game of Eldritch Horror.  Book is currently in the hands of the graphic designer who's doing all the typesetting/scanning/editing, and should be done soon.  Miniatures for the game can be seen in the Fishmen and Cultist threads.

What is that 'orrible spider thing though? Is it a Star wars clicky thing? I'm sure I've seen one before, but that repaint is superb, especially the base detail.
