Hi,

I see that BTD have a pretty tempting sale on at the moment and I'm thinking of buying.

Can anyone tell me if they are punctual with their orders these days or not? A while back they took a very long time but I'm hoping that things have improved markedly??

I ordered off them,recently and I missed a parcel yesterday which I think is from them,just waking myself up with a coffee then going up sorting office to collect it.

Right just collected it,checking my emails I ordered on 6/01/2015 ,parcel arrived on 9/01/2015
It was small order and was well packaged in small box with layer of poly chips either side.
I messed up as I was trying to order both sets of alven scouts and ended up ordering 3 sets of 4002  never mind .

I too have had good response time in the last few months....of course I used the NA website so that may be irrelevant.

Ordered a few times, only delay was large order of roman dwarves, but they did arrive in two lots. Nice crisp castings

Ordered a bunch of Zulu War Brits and they arrived within a week.

I ordered quite a bit of ww2 of them and the arrived within a week. Part of my order was wrong with my partisans. I got several of the same mini in each pack. They fixed it and got the replacements even quicker and I got to keep the extra minis. Don't know how many times I can convert the same mini without getting board. Just stay away from the vehicle kits, absolutely terrible.
