As with most clix, it's soft plastic, so would be easy to remove.

@styx: it's not as easy as usual, I don't remember the head being a separate part when it was stripped and on top of that the rear of his hair is quite long and fans out over his shoulders, and is quite a thick bit of plastic, would be hard to shave off safely and leave a decent surface

I've had it cut off its base for a few years waiting on my desk
Patiently for some paint. I've long since forgotten the set

I've looked on HCRealms but can't find it, but hopefully Puuka should be along shortly,

Well from my limited Vigilante knowldge he rode a motorcycle and had 2 pistols.
Looking for the above clix guy that is Two-Gun Kid.

You are both correct, he is Two-gun kid and not as I originally thought vigilante.
He's a 'super rare' from the old 'avengers' heroclix release.

I've amended the info in the original post.
