This is a serious hobby and you are being very silly! Please stop straight away.   ;)

p.s. The St Trinians 6th form girls will catch cold at the north pole dressed like that.

Silly?  Moi?  Ok - I'll stop when I grow up.  But for now ...

The Three Billy Goats Gruff and the Ugly Troll (fol-di-rol) - I know they are actually ram headed figures but they were the closest that the lead pile could offer.  They might get replaced by suitable goat headed figures later on.

The Wicked Witch of the West (with Ruby Slippers)

Some Icy Hobgoblins

A friend sent me a box of figures for the "Great North Pole War". They are tree decorations, cake toppers and the like.

The Santa Militia - All of the chaps who are "Santa's Helpers" in stores at Christmas undergo a training regime that includes a call up liability to defend the workshop in an emergency.  And here they are!

The Santa Grenadiers. After a few years in the militia the very best are selected to join the Grenadiers.  "Company will Arm Presents .... ARM .... PRESENTS ... Prepare to throw ... At 30 yards .... THROW!"

Not to be outdone Jack Frost has raised (rolled up?) his own Glacial Grenadiers selected from the most cold hearted of his followers.

Frigid Frosty and the Freezers.  Music plays a significant part in warfare and Jack Frost is understands this.  He has formed a band to combat the musical advantage of Santa's forces' carol singers.

The Chilly Blocks are small snowmen who act as shields for other forces. (cup cake toppers the old Minifig is for size only)

Inspirational, most inspirational, my dear Alan. Thatīs a jolly good idea, although the lack of different poses make them look a bit uniform - but hey, itīs a army, isnīt it?!  :D

DON"T DO IT! Grown ups are by definition unimaginative &  boring. Your approach to gaming is refreshingly imaginative...may you stay forever young.

Fun stuff! It was great seeing those Ral Partha goblins painted in the frosty colours and the scooby gang looks excellent! :)

Some reinforcements.

Jack Frost leads the forces against Santa Claus hoping to freeze the warm goodwill of the season.

The Snow Beast is one Jack Frost's main lieutenants

The BOOK!  This book contains the lists of the naughty and nice children.  Jack Frost wants it so that he can recruit all the naughty children into his army with promises of looted presents from the toy factory.  He sent in a spy.  Unfortunately for Jack the spy was a naughty child (now a goblin) that did not go to school, did not do his home work and so cannot read.

On Santa's side the bakers are preparing for war their ovens are kept red hot.  Santa is looking for a field bakery so that casualties can be replaced.

Their first regiment of Gingerbread men is forming up.  The ovens will be busy.

Some reinforcements for both sides (but mostly the cold warriors!)

The North Wind doth blow
And we shall have snow
This spirit roars around the town blowing the chimney pots down.

Storm Giant tend to be reclusive, preferring to dwell along remote coastlines or on tropical islands in winter unless called by Santa Claus. They are quick to anger in the face of Jack Frost and the Ice Queen's assaults.

Cyberian Cyclops

Grey Orcs

If you go down to the woods today
You're in for a big surprise
For every hero bear that ever there was
Is there together because today's the day
The teddy bears beat your brains out!

Some warrior teddies who are much tougher than they look.

Eizivinger characters

Officauld Ogres

Ugly Troll who may live under a rickety rackety bridge

Our club did a similar christmas themed wargame at Crisis in Antwerp in 2005:-

Great fun. Some of our terrain was edible and you had to eat your way through it.
