You have to venture on to the dakka dakka forum, news and rumour section.

Found some, thanks :)

Still not sure what to do  :?

If they would offer as add-ons resincasts of the bigger minis I would be very happy, as I'm mostly interested in the trolls/giants.

You can see pictures of the production figures on the FB page: https://www.facebook.com/bloodragegame

Not sure if you can see them without an account or not.  They posted pictures of production minis near the end of February. Here are a few:

These minis don't look too bad apart from the bendy weapons ... I might eventually give in if I like the next stretch goals.

Hmm. I'm kind of on the fence. I don't need the game, I like some of the minis. It's cheap as far as games go. Hmm come on stretch goals.

Me too.  But those bendy weapons are really irritating me.

Does anybody know if it's possible to just pledge for the artbook?

Without looking at the page, most KS feature a $1 pledge which essentially allows you to participate and then buy random "add ons" without buying the full game.  If that's not available, then I'd guess no.  Another option would be to find a friend who's buying in, and simply give him money to pick up the add-on for you.  I always get text messages from my buddy who does tons of KS buy-ins, asking if I want anything from X, Y or Z.  lol

It looks like it would be easy enough to cut it off and replace it with some brass wire.  Really, any miniature, whether pewter, HIPS, resin, or PVC can have bent spears.  Rubber lance syndrome is pretty common with WFB plastic knights.  If you bend a pewter spear, it often is hard to get it perfectly straight again.

Bendy spears.

Heat model (boiling water or hairdryer). Pull spear until straight. Cool model (cold water).

Done.

I'm stateside, but if you can't find anyone in Germany to help you out and you don't mind paying the postage, I'd be happy to add on a book to my pledge.  Just let me know if you need it.

I know and I hear you.  I just don't like doing that stuff anymore.  The Mars Attacks mini game taught me a valuable lesson.  I'm returning to all metal and hard plastic exclusively.

I nearly systematically replace weapon shafts with brass wire and I don't mind doing it. I'm more worried that the bendy weapon syndrome might be a sign the minis have been cast in a poor plastic.
