A whole new clan as SG! It's an alternate clan to play with, it does not increase the max number of players (for that you still need the ad-on).

So ... they wouldn't just ditch these guys if the stretch goal isn't reached, surely? Imagine the work that's gone into them already, they couldn't just chuck they wonderful models away. Perhaps they would just be made available later on for a fee?

well if they make this it brings up the miniature count (ex ships) to 69 including the gods which is better value for money if you just want minis.

Nothing like the 200 minis that you get with Conan though .

Yeah, they will definitely make this SG.  Still trying to figure out if there is a chance I will get hit with customs fees in Canada for this.

Also, I like these figures much more than the Conan ones.

From my limited KS experience it seems about 50-60% of the entire project's earnings come from the first couple of days and the last day or two.  I'm sure they'll be fine.

Not really fussed with most of these minis except the giants and the kickstarter exclusive Boar guys (typical), I could have happily not back Conan but for the Picts, really like those sculpts, shame there is only 2 of them .

31k 33hrs. now less than 1k an hour.

I really do think they made a mistake with the God SGs though, they mentioned a little while ago they were barely half way through stretch goals, so they've not made anything like what they expected / wanted, and I think the Gods were to do with it, the mechanics added are kind of meh and the sculpts even more so, I think it was a struggle to get the 200k from those figures.

Conan was much easier to fund but then it's a much easier kind of game to stretch

They should join forces with Monolith games and have these figures in an expansion for Conan or something Particularly the giants ).

I'm in with everything. Models are just too beautiful and there are too much freebees not to. Also the 5 player  expansion and the artbook. Love the extra models and the book will be a great aide for the painting alone. So, let's get that 6th clan ( and maybe a stunning big monster too if they still have it )

Good point on the gods, they were mostly the weak point.  Without knowing what hteir other SG were, I wonder what they could have brought out if the gods were made as an add-on.  Mind you, who knows how many folks would have purchased that addon.

Funny, I initially loved the picts, but by the end of the campaign I was disillusioned with them.  The sculpts were nice, but they were just too burly and barrel-shaped.  And like you said, too many multiple poses.

I just heard back from CMoN - Canadian backers will not have to pay customs fees.  So I guess anywhere they have a distributor will not have to pay the import fees.

Good point on the gods, they were mostly the weak point. 

Certainly what was shown of the Gods was not overly impressive, but then it does state those images are a still a work in progress. Hopefully they'll be tarted up a bit before production.

I would love to get on this, but that plastic... looks way to bendy and soft.
