Trolls, please!  :D

Thanks very much! I completed a few more this morning: Zorak Zorani berserkers, which I'll try to get up this evening.

Those are some fantastic Broo!

Also, I'm sure, we all appreciate their uncharacteristic modesty.

The trollkin are just straight Oathmark builds speed painted by using washes over a flat-earth/buff dry brush over a burnt-umber base.

what speedpaint did you use for the flesh tones?

Thanks! You can't beat the old Citadel broos!

Yes, they're remarkably civilised, these ones ...

Oops - sorry, I should have specified that it was the clothing and accoutrements were done with washes over burnt umber/flat earth/buff; I painted the flesh very quickly in layers, with three "recipes": starting with Vallejo sombre grey, mid-sea grey or green grey, then highlighting with a half-mile with sunny flesh and then a final highlight in pure sunny flesh.

Thanks, Frugalmax! Those horses are probably among the least zebra-shaped out there, but if I remember correctly, the Pavis Zebra Riders are supposed to ride horses that have been magically transformed into zebras. So there's a bit of wriggle room!

We played Frostgrave for the first time since close to the original publication on Saturday, and I've got at least a mini-campaign coming up in the autumn. So I've started work on a bestiary of sorts. First up, some skeletons and a construct - all painted with a strict scheme of base colour (burnt umber) and two further colours on each area only:

The ones centre-front and center-rear are both Mantic. The two on the flanks are Oathmark revenants. All look quite good, I think that burnt umber base coat is a solid approach for figures like the undead.

Thanks, both!

Yes, Pattus Magnus has it right: Mantic revenants and their Oathmark namesakes.
