 Hi guys

Next up for the 21st Pz Div project I’m working on Pak 43/41s for PzJager battalion 200, I have to re do the muzzle break as a seperate part as it didn’t print well, I found this file for sale on Cults3D, but disappointingly it isn’t printable, and took quite some work to get a good print., I had to thicken all the parts and join them all together as everything came as individual parts down to the bolts, it also only came in the towed position, so I had to re arrange all the individual parts into the deployed mode, I think the designer intended it to be printed at 1/35, but would still require work to get it to print, I’m not going to post a link, as I don’t recommend anyone buy the file, I designed the ammo boxes myself.

Figures are mostly Simon Soldiers with some AB

I don't know if you've mentioned this before, but what printer do you use?

I am pretty familiar with 1/35 offerings in this topic, but never heard of anyone doing complete 3d cannons. Most go for printing parts, for easier handling.

I’m only assuming it’s 1/35, as the parts are to thin to print smaller, the designer only has a half dozen files, and there no mention of scale in the description, the actual file was just a tad bigger than 1/72, it’s the reason I have to re do the muzzle break, I missed fixing that the first time and it printed wafer thin. Either that, or he just doesn’t know what he is doing, which is more likely, anyway, not for the faint hearted, or someone who has no CAD knowledge.

Hi guys

I’ve printed up some more vehicles and guns for my 21st Pz Div project, a beautiful Pz III E Bef.Wg, the model is from Counlane models, very impressed with this model, I bought 3 other Pz IIIs as well, a G, J and L, a beobachtungspanzer lorraine, the is a Bergmann file I have refined the detail on, and some K18 guns from TigerAce on thingyverse, I added some detail on the trails to those as well, and I also printed some replacement muzzle brakes for my Pak 43/41

 Hi guys

The Pz III E Bef.Wgs undercoated, one for my 21st PD project, the other for the Dak project, I’ll be doing 2 more in the future, 1 in panzer grey, for my 24th PD leaping horseman project, and a winter one, can’t understate how impressed I am with this file, I’ll be breaking out the airbrush tomorrow.

Well, the jury's verdict is in. Australia did not invent the Hills Hoist after all.
