Presenting the Flakdampfpanzerwagon I:

Vehicle is from Ironclad. Gun is scratchbuilt with parts from my bits box and plastic rod and sheet. Crew are from Irregular WW1 range.

I am also try to find some A/A gun suitable to be presented alongwith my VSF army.
I am trying to get a gun with peculiar appearance, more VSF, I am thinking to use twin or quad pom-poms. What do you think?

A bit of history .... Pom-poms and similar concepts like the Hotchkiss revolver cannon originated as a result of the introduction of torpedo boats. Small guns capable of putting out a lot of firepower were seen as the best way of deterring the fast torpedo boats from getting close to battleships. With the introduction of aircraft the pom-pom was found to be a good means of defence against these too - hence the use of twin and quad weapons of this type in the first haldf of the 20th century.

Single-mounted pom-poms and revolver cannon on ships' mounts are available from London Warroom. I don't know anyone who makes twin or quad versions in 28mm. Alternatively look at manufacturers of WW2 equipment - the quad Maxim used by the Soviets could be perfect ....

Very nice. An excellent scratchbuild of a BAK*!

Good to take a German 1906/1909 concept into VSF. A brilliant idea! One suggestion for an otherwise great vehicle: You'll need a little fence (made of some wire...) for the BAK crew. Otherwise they might be roasted at the boiler due to the bumpy ride.

I should get me some of those VSF vehicles, too.

I hope Malamute's flyer is well armoured! Prussia definitely has an advantage in the arms race with this. I like your use of WW1 figures repainted to a more VSF looking uniform.

Not knowing too much about WW1, I assume there are differences between them and late 19thC, but not too glaring? I assume the weapons would be different, but again WW1 would not be too different in looks from 19thC?

Would 1914 German infantry, Uhlans etc do as 1890s equivalents? There are a lot of very nice early WW1 figures, which I'm tempted to use for my VSF gaming.

Those Prussians have far too much armour. I expect they are all getting fat and lazy riding around in those contraptions. Not like the good 'ol Tommy slogging it away on foot. Hurrah!
