Finally got some stuff done instead of just looking at it then wandering off.

Some of the scatterable are now painted, plus one of the Scrap Hunters' vehicles. The other two I showed as WIPs are nearly there.

Miscellaneous fuel tanks first - with Scooter ready to keep them from exploding

And the generator

And then another scrap hunter vehicle

It's not big, or clever, but let's do it anyway

If I've done one good thing on the forum it's to get you to work on that Matchbox car. The excellence continues!

Thanks CB and thanks also Zaheer - the Adventure 2000 wagon is ALMOST done. Just need to do the windscreen, which is giving me a headache!

Fantastic!  The builds for those tanks and the generator looked cool but the weathered paint treatment made them outstanding.

This is truly outstanding work! Not just the rust, but also the conversions! I love the amount of detail you put into your work!  :-*

So, back to the Adventure 2000 WIP.

Taking photos while relying on UK weather to provide the light is always a bit hit and miss. A miss today I think and so you'll have to imagine the blazing wasteland sun, with a little help from Photoshop, which makes the colours quite random.

The Vaultec Explorer. A civilian version sold for the private market to very wealthy clients. A few versions are still occasionally found having made it out of their vaults and then fallen into the hands of someone with bigger guns. In this case this one is in the hands of one of the many Junktown Scrap Hunter crews.

Great vehicle, I like the stowed bike idea.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.
