Wow, your work keeps getting better and better!

With the amount of evocative details you put in, I think you're really straddling the line between wargames scenery and vignette/diarama.

Spectacular.

Fiddling around with the next few Junktown shops. Here's a few bits of stock for the clothing and armour seller. Particularly pleased with the way the shelf full of respirators turned out (they are mostly heads trimmed down with some card straps added).

And some generic shelving to go inside dwellings various.

Absolutely wonderful as usual.
Your attention to detail and patience to create these scenes is phenomenal.

Great work! Are the folded clothes made of tin foil?

Slightly thicker but also slightly softer than kitchen tin foil - it's this stuff, which I find very easy to work with.

Ah ha!

I was clearly on the moon for several years as I missed this and now all the pictures are gone  :'(

pasteboard.co is a good site for image hosting.

Now I clearly see why you have been an avid contributor to the Accessories/Terrain/Bits thread  :D

Looking forward to seeing the MicroForm pieces on here soon  ;)

Cheers!

Thanks all for the kind comments.  King Arthur, I am gradually working back through the thread, re-uploading the images. I'm now on Flickr. Hopefully you'll get a chance to see the old stuff soon enough!

Re: Junktown Scrapyard Crew - Update - MORE generators...really?
« Reply #359 on: 06 October 2017, 07:35:36 PM »
Next WIP pics. As those of you who follow this thread will know, sometimes I just make stuff, even if I have made more than enough of that stuff already. In this case I'm talking about generators. I just love making generators. They feel like the ultimate post apoc accessory. So I've made a couple more...even though I didn't need to.

You may also notice that I tend to make knackered things by taking perfectly good things and knackering them. These were made from the GW Galvanic Servo-haulers. Who needs a brand new quasi-gothic-tractor-thing when you can have a beat-up ol' generator.

The pics...
