New Build - Brewery - Finished!! 16/12

Right. Most of the main structure is done. Each section is painted and although they don't look weathered, they are  (need to look at the settings on my camera as the pics are coming out too bright).

There are a few more details to add such as drainpipes (I ordered the wrong size fittings so they've had to go back).


This is the front section (I'll be adding a hoist next to the raised door). The opening to the left will lead into a yard:




This is one of the side sections. Bit boring but gives you an idea of the shape of one side of the building:




The next two sections are a part of the yard.

This staircase in this section is from 4ground (thanks for the heads up Dewbakuk), I couldn't be bothered to build my own so this one will do nicely, I'll add some railings to it though.



This section is only half painted as the left side will be covered by an adjoining wall. The opening on the right is the other side of the access to the courtyard:

     

So, any ideas what it is yet? Another clue is I've commissioned Jimbibbly at Oshiro to put a large chimney stack together for me

That's what I thought, then I kept scrolling down and saw you'd mentioned it.

To be fair "masses of barrels" kind of gives it away.

Ah, it was actually the mention of the chimney that lead me: made me think of the old Romford Brewery (IIRC the home of John Bull) and the smell of the mash filling the air.... Now it's just another 'one-of-the-same' shopping centre.
