Why do I imagine someone calling Mordred a toilet?

A closer look at the cast list already has people playing 'Dan Clan Pikey' and 'Dan Clan Mafia', whatever they are, so I wouldn't be at all surprised.

One thing I did miss first time round is Eric Bana playing Uther... the curse of Troy may strike again...

Any bets on one (or more) of the characters carrying thier sword(s) across thier back?

The plot summary sounds a squeal

That quote from the page made me laugh, but I think if I went to read it all, I'd start to cry.

Didn't I read here on LAF somewhere that some of the Cornwell Dark Ages novels were being adapted by someone into an HBO/AMC style high-end mini-series? (No doubt aimed at riding on the coat tails of Game of Thrones... )

Edit: Aha - yes, as just mentioned again by Rui, just before I posted this!  :D

Why do all modern movies about medieval (inspired) stories have to be "edgy", "gritty" or "re-imagined"?
The very words get my teeth on edge when I read them in an announcement or synopsis. Just for once I'd like to see a decently and respectfully researched movie with proper costumes, props and armour. Show people just how grand the middle ages could look. I'm getting a bit tired of the "dung ages" and "Vegas 1283" portrayals of history. :?

(Never mind me, crappy day at work so I have a case of the acute grumps... Point still stands though.)

I dunno. Why were most of the 50's medieval movies melodramas with song and dance numbers?

Yep, you missed a treat there lol

But if you're quick you can still catch here in her birthday suit in the worst film ever : the sequel to '300' :)
Admittedly she looks a lot nicer in Camelot.

Filming the Cornwell Warlord trilogy would be a godsend if they kept to the books.

Panic, Chaos and Disorder. My job here is done

People, lets look at the positive side. 8)
There is always something interesting in these films/tv series to watch.
Either lovelly females (for the guys) and lovelly males (for the girls) and some crazy ideas for all the modellers and painters. :D
