Some corn fields. Now with added pumpkins 13th Jan
« on: August 21, 2015, 12:02:56 AM »
Silly Milly came round this afternoon and we had a most entertaining day/evening of high jinks and hilarity, although the fish net monster was a bit scary...

Anyway, we made some corn fields for his FIW project. The corn stalks were bought from an American company and Milly stuck on the snake fencing, I did the rest.

Got another four to do  :)

cheers

James

Look great! I do have to get around to doing some corn fields...

I also want to do the native American version with the corns, beans and squash all growing together.

I think I read in one of the 'Little House' books that corn was also planted with some pumpkin seeds?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I don't think his Mohican has lasted very well at all, to be honest......

Totesamazeballs - especially the irregular shape of the field.

Really nice effect James. I used Christmas tree bits for mine and put them too close together so it doesn't look right. Your constructions are spot on.
