Apothecary?
« on: September 18, 2015, 06:03:52 PM »
What are people's opinions on apothecaries? Worth taking and how do you use them? I'm just finishing off my necromancers with skeletons warband and have made models for everything except an apothecary and warhound. Trying to decide if I should make one or not. On a side note anyone know of a dog or wolf skeleton model? Then I'll have all possible options covered.

Mantic have a skeletal dog (or is it a rat) on their skeleton sprues.
There was also a skeletal dog in the old WotC D&D prepainted minis range.
Hope this helps

I made an apothecary I haven't decided if I will use her yet http://fencingfrog.blogspot.com/2015/09/apothecary.html

that said I think she might be handy... keep her near your wizard with that healing potion.  When you wizard is in trouble the apothecary can heal him or her and then can grab a treasure token and head for the exit... Keeping your wizard in the fight should be handy.
