The Crow Master does look female, the Javelineer is pretty androgynous to me.

Captain Gamma it would appear from reading Nick's answer in the other thaw of the lich Lord thread that level 5 does include the knight as it includes everything from the first nickstarter

You do get the Knight.

You don't get the weapon rack from the first Nickstarter 'cus it's a pig to cast and we didn't want to put ourselves through that again!

I was just in a WH Smith and one of the 3 wargaming magazines on the shelf had an article within about building Frostgrave terrain and even had the word Frostgrave on the front cover. Good that the game is getting exposure.
