I received my NickStarter Yesterday. Spent all of last night unwrapping and cleaning up the lead soldiers and critters. Tonight will be the Wizards and mounting everything to bases.

Got my Nickstarter stuff from Brigade in the US a couple days ago.  Really like all the miniatures and can't wait to get started on some of the evil bastards!

I've been thinking about that myself. Since the next splatbook is due for release in July, I would expect the next Nickstarter to be announced in March or April. What I find interesting is that the TotLL Nickstarter came with a Gnoll Captain, a creature that has no stats in either book. Foreshadowing, perhaps?

That would depend on which distributor they ordered from and when they will dispatch it to your store. If they ordered direct from North Star, they would probably get them after all of the NickStarter backer orders have been shipped. If they ordered from a US distributor, no telling.
