Bits for Rifts Coalition convertions?

Looking through the forums here there are some great conversion bits to make 28mm models for Fallout.  I was wondering is anyone knows of any conversion bits to make coalition troopers from Rifts in 28mm.  The EIsenberg stormtroopers minis are a good base to start from, but the need the coaliton skull faced helmets.  Thanks.

Maybe make some press molds off of space marine chaplain helmets, or the old legion of the damned?  Then you could cast them for conversions?

I do some skull helmets, suited for 28mm figs. They fit well with imperial guard, rather than spac emarines:

Nice, a combination of your neo reich and Iron skull would be close for the old armor.  The newer armor would be a version of your lender and screen helmets.
