Magical Shooting

Hi Guys,

Another quick question. Spells like bone dart, elemental blast grant you an +x shooting attack. Does the target get a +x on his fight for all regular modifiers?(e.g intervening terrain, cover, move & shoot,... )

How about with the grenade spell? Would seem strange that standing behind a hedge/wall would provide cover if the grenade exploded behind you?

Yes all modifiers apply to EB and bone dart, but grenade los is calculated from the "impact point" so if it went off behind somone who had cover from the caster he would not get it.

What about elemental ball?

LOS is from the target figure though it does have a note that it cannot target a figure that is even partly obscured by another figure. Interesting note that the "target" will get no cover mods whatsoever since all los is from the "target". Though the mod for "caster" moving before shooting will still apply.
