want to base up my high elves for kings of war but uncertain what the best way is other then movement trays

Magnetised movement trays work very well for KoW.
You can build them yourself using skirmisher formations or ranked formations, and still use your minis for other games.

I have done multibasing for the bowmen and spearmen as I don't want to use them for skirmish games, and I don't play WHFB anymore...
