Great piece!

I really would like to build some terrain soon. But getting hold of cheap paint is keeping me from doing it.

10 liters of common wall paint falls just short of £150/€ 200 in this crazy country. I wonder if it is cheaper in Germany.

Yes, my axe-wielding friend, here in Germany it is cheaper. 150€ is a prize made by robbers!

I need someone to challenge me like this! Anybody up for a similar idea? My project has fallen by the wayside for too long...

You were challenged on page 2 of this very thread.
Well if anyone else wants to join in on this paintathon you are more than welcome. That way I am not the only one to be completely humiliated.

You can still make it. I am still making terrain and I have an order of Redoubt minis inbound (I hope). Just crack out the paint and get going.

Next on the workbench is an olivefarm.

By the time I finish the farm and my redoubt order, you are well in the race.

Sure I will post some pics once they arrive. I think that the dendra armored  heavy infantry and other vignettes in this thread painted by Erik are from Redoubt.

Some of the Redoubt are oddly posed, and the faces are sex-doll style sometimes, but overall, it is a great range.

I am currently building a Northern European Bronze Age force, initially we have used SAGA suitably amended. I take it you are using Lion Rampant with amends? How you finding your rules so far?

Er really like the Lion Rampant rules. They are sufficiently generic that you can easily modify them to your own needs.

I would like one day to do some Northern European Bronze Age.

Cheers Dr Zombie, I have not tried Lion Rampant so may get myself invited to a game at the club to give them a try. I take it they dopnt have anything specific for Chariots?

If you look on the Lion Rampant forum (duxrampant.yuku.com) you'll find variant rules for chariots.
