I'd be deliriously happy with something close to that on a 28mm figure, but on a 15-18mm figure, I am in awe ;D

Ah, my favorite scale from my favorite manufacturer.  And now my favorite painter?  D'Artagnan looks like the actor in the movie - ausgezeichnet. (sp?)

Looking again - and more awake - he looks more like the actor who played Louis, surprisingly so, especially the hair.  But still wonderful paint jobs.

Some of the best sculpts I've ever seen - in any scale - can be found in Blue Moon's 18 mm ranges.  They aren't all at the level, but many of them certainly are.
