*sigh* Man, I wish they'd publish straight to paper! Had to forgo sellsword and now this.. Will into the breeding pits be a physical publication, or will we have to wait for the sweep-up publication at the end of the year to get all the digital rules in paper...

I recall reading that Into the Breeding Pits would be like Thaw of the Lich Lord with a physical book available as well as new figure releases, as will the Forgotten Pact later in the year, with everything in between being ebook types. There is talk of all the ebooks being gathered into a physical book later down the line, which is when I'll be getting it.

Into the Breeding Pits is a physical book.

While I know some people do not care for ebooks, and, in fact, I'm not a huge fan myself, they are the only way to get you guys more Frostgrave material right now. Having already committed to three physical expansions between 2015/16, I didn't think I could manage another. What I could do, was write some smaller pieces that could be released between them. These are too small to be viable as print products without charging people way more than they are worth. However, as ebooks they work great.

Osprey has committed to printing all of these ebooks as a combined work in the first quarter of 2017.

I also prefer the physical books to the ebooks, but it can be very handy to have all the books available right on my smartphone. I just wish Amazon would offer Sell Sword on the Kindle. I downloaded the Sell Sword PDF and printed it to stash in my downloaded files binder.

thanks for the replies and clarification! I do understand the reasoning behind the decisions.. I'm just being impatient! I've basically already decided to buy every expansions, so I'm glad we get some hardcop releases now and again to keep the less advanced people happy!

I have both ebook on my google play account, and is pretty handy to check them in my cellphone. Sometimes is better than a printed one because you only need to click on the page you want to move or use the search tool.
